Learn how to setup recurring rent payments using your Resident Portal.
Navigate to your resident portal:
Click here to log in to your resident portal OR download the Resident Portal app (available for iPhone or Android)
Once logged in to your resident portal:
Click the Payments Tab on the gray ribbon
This tab will take you to the Payments Page where you will click Scheduled Payments
Click on Create Scheduled Payment
You can choose to pay a specific amount OR pay the entire balance. This will ensure your full balance is paid each month. We highly recommend the pay balance option as your electric bill will change each month.
Choose billing date (rent is due on the 1st)
Select when you would like the payments to start and end. We recommend starting them next month and having them end for when your lease is over.
You can choose a new payment method or use a saved payment method
Save and submit auto payment
