How do I submit a work order?

For emergency work orders, please call 479-802-0641. For all other work orders, follow these steps.

Step 1. Log in to your resident portal here

Step 2. Click the three lines to the left of Brick Avenue Lofts in the top left menu. This will open a side bar menu

Step 3. Click My Apartment and then click Maintenance Requests


Step 4. Enter the description of the problem that needs to be resolved, the location, and the priority.

You can also select if you have an animal and any entry notes maintenance may need to know before they come to your apartment.
